Research on secondary supporting parameters of high-stress roadway in Huafeng Cial Mine

Abstract: In order to obtain the optimum supporting parameters of the secondary support in deep high-stress surrounding rock, with the Huafeng -1180 rock concentrated roadway as an example, on the basis of the original supporting scheme, the method of optimizing the secondary supporting parameters is presented. According to the condition of surrounding rock and the damage reason of instability, determining the length and row & line space of anchor cable are impact factor to the secondary supporting effect, Calculating the theoretical value of the length and row & line space of anchor cable, and launching the four preliminary design parameters. It adopts FLAC3D to calculate numerically 16 schemes of secondary support and then can get indicators of different supporting parameters about center subsidence of roof, two-side nearer, plastic pile-up of floor. The results show that the ninth project (the anchor length is 8000 mm, the row & line space is 1200 mm×1200 mm) is optimum scheme. The subsidence of roof is 338mm, two-side nearer is 513.8mm, plastic pile-up is 468.9mm, the control effect of the surrounding rock deformation is good and the economy is reasonable, and good results have been achieved in practical application. The results have a good value for determining the parameters of the secondary support and improving support design.
